Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process shipments on weekends or official holidays.

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. All delivery times are estimated only. Delays may be caused by customs clearance, bad weather or logistics carrier exceptions.

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $50. A fixed shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout for orders under $50.

Buyers are fully responsible for all import duties, customs taxes and local clearance fees imposed by your country’s customs. We cannot mark packages as gifts to avoid customs charges.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact your local post office first. Contact our support team within 15 days after delivery confirmation for further assistance.

If your items arrive broken or defective, please provide clear photos of the package and damaged products within 7 days of receipt. We will cover all return shipping fees and provide a free replacement or full refund.
